Tea with T

I’ve been wanting to write a book for more than a year now, but I had no idea where to start. I also had to overcome all the voices of doubt in my own head. “What are you going to write about?” , “Why should anyone care?”, and “”You’re not an author”.

Now I know what I want to write about and I know people care about these topics. I’m not an author yet, but to get there I must be willing to share these ideas and strengthen my writing.

I am passionate about personal growth so learning and development has always been the perfect calling for me. Through this passion, I’ve lead several diverse teams through strategies for employee development and organizational growth.

I’ve been honored to share these experiences with my teammates and colleagues for the last 10 years and I’m compelled to share them with even more people. If I can help one person grow by sharing my experiences then I can feel accomplished. If that one person in turn helps another then we’re on our way to helping the world.

I encourage you to engage in discussion, add your ideas to the mix, and invite others to do the same. The more ideas then the better the solutions. Creating opportunity goes both ways and I’m eager to learn from you. If you like to contribute a post then let me know.
